Your responsibilities:
Supporting first and second-level IT support
Handling employee inquiries via phone and email
Assisting in various IT projects
Ensuring smooth IT operations
Creating and maintaining documentation


Your profile:
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or similar
Prior experience with Microsoft 365 is desirable
Team player, resilient, motivated, and enjoys a varied workload
Problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to new tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Friendly and confident demeanor
High willingness to learn and take initiative
