Overview:
Duties:
Manage Project Tasks:
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including bidding, generating quotations, and preparing proposals.
- Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary resources for project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadline.
Liaison with Contractors and Subcontractors:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and subcontractors.
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise during construction.
Site Surveys:
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure site suitability for construction activities.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and track costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Implement costsaving measures without compromising quality or safety standards.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Project Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Compile comprehensive project closeout documentation upon project completion
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Preferably bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, design and modeling
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of construction estimating and cost control
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
