Floor Technician Supervisor
Location:

Wage:
$45,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of floors is completed based on a project calendar
- Run floor care equipment to clean both finished and nonfinished floors
- Strip and refinish floors
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
- Restore floors and perform preventative maintenance
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on floor equipment
- Monitor approximately 56 staff members, performing quality assurance inspections
- Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks
- Prior to employment, applicable background checks and drug screening will be required. _
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
