The experienced consultants work hand in hand with top management to develop and successfully implement effective transformation and turnaround strategies during critical phases of a company.

Your Responsibilities

Active involvement in all phases of restructuring and turnaround processes.
Development and implementation of strategies for effective crisis management
Conducting company and industry analyses, including market, competition, and industry trend analyses
Supporting management in operational tasks and strategic decisions
Creating and presenting reports, management presentations, and financial models
Collaborating with the team in planning and implementing events and projects

Your Skills

Degree in a relevant field of study (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on management, finance, or a related area
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in restructuring, management consulting, strategy consulting, or in a corporate finance boutique
Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
Team-oriented and the ability to work effectively in a
