Position Qualifications and Requirements:


Education & Experience:

  • Previous hotel experience preferred.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Required Competencies

  • Ability to read a limited number of two
- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities may include any and all of the following:

  • Assure that all restrooms are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Perform all reasonable duties as instructed by supervisor/manager.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guest in the Recreation area.
  • Responsible for carrying out the proper policies and procedures in regards to safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment at resort pool area including folding towels, minor housekeeping of area, and supervision of water slides.
  • Able to work with children in a positive manner in order to create a positive and fun experience for all guests.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
