Description

• This individual will train under our production manager and be available to step in at any point in the screen process should the manager not be available.
• Duties include, but not limited to shop setup and organization, operation of manual screen print machines, screen print inks, PMS matching, screen making and cleaning, and all other aspects of screen printing.
• Quality check printing items during the production run.
• Ensures that work is performed in a consistent manner that results in defectfree products.
• Prepares product for transfers to next step in the production process.
• Partner with the production manger on any problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and/or support staff.
• Follows safety rules, policies, and procedures as required.
• Work well under pressure, be neat and organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be reliable and hardworking with a positive a attitude.

• You have experience or willingness to learn screen printing, including the setup of artwork, maintenance of machines, and execution of detailed multicolor images and designs onto various types of apparel and merchandise.
• Ability to cope with changing priorities and deadlines in a professional manner and work effectively white under stress.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Local MA resident with the ability to commute to work reliably.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in collaboration effectively with clear communication of issues that may arise.
