As a Service Support and Dispatch you will be dedicated to supporting the internal staff and external clients.

We are looking for a team player with social skills, a can do attitude and superb multitasking and strong follow through.

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Account Management: including assisting clients with service, payments, past due invoices & account reconciliation
• Coordinating, Scheduling and managing the Service Teams Calendar which includes Install/Service Calls and Follow ups, to ensure compliance of WSS SOP
• Coordinating with the Warehouse, on product availability, prepping and Service Technician dispatch
• Create and Process expense reports
• Assist Billing & Contracts Specialist, with Client onboarding & client's vendor forms.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• 2+ year(s) of office experience including operations and/or coordinating with client interaction experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong Computer Skills, adept at learning new technology and ability to type 65
  + words per minute (inperson testing)..

Salary:
$21-25/hr


Hours:
M-F 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
