    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    • This finance role involves conducting cycle counts, maintaining records of inventory, researching count discrepancies, performing quality checks, and supporting product recall procedures. Additionally, it includes serving as the Will-call Clerk on scheduled Saturdays.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure accuracy of inventory through cycle counting and related tasks.
    • Conduct warehouse cycle counts at least four times a year, checking pick and reserve slots for discrepancies and product integrity issues.
    • Perform quality checks on date-sensitive and obsolete items, investigate weight variances, and damaged products.
    • Monitor rotation of First-in First-out (FIFO) items and validate reserve pallet counts.
    • Verify put-away and transfer processes, document product transfers, and analyze inventory shrink causes.
    • Coordinate will call orders as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
    • Professional Skills:
      • Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.
      • Skilled in arithmetic and problem-solving.
      • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
      • Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
