Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team at Emerald Tea Supply Company.

The Delivery Driver will play a key role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of cannabis products to our customers, while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport cannabis products to customers' locations in accordance with delivery schedules and routes provided.
• Ensure accurate and complete order fulfillment, including verifying orders and obtaining necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions, answering any questions and addressing concerns as needed.
• Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures while operating company vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, including regular inspection and maintenance as required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage logs, delivery times, and any incidents or issues encountered during delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads as needed.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
