    Shaw Territory Manager - Central Washington



    About the Job:

    Are you ready to join the Shaw Industries team as a Territory Manager for Central Washington?

    Shaw is a leading global company that manufactures and distributes a variety of flooring products for both residential and commercial use, including carpeting, hardwood, laminate, and ceramic tile.



    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct daily sales calls to existing customers focusing on selling carpet rolls, samples, displays, cushion, adhesive, and related floor products.
    • Prospect for new accounts while staying informed about the local market trends.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, analyze market conditions, and assess product needs.
    • Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budget limits.

    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma/GED and previous sales experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and use basic computer tools.
    • Physically capable of assembling and disassembling display fixtures.
    • Must be able to lift more than 50lbs regularly and reside within the designated territory.

    As a Territory Manager, you will need to travel with product samples, so a vehicle like an SUV or van is required. Shaw Industries encourages the use of fuel-efficient vehicles to support sustainability efforts.
