    Leading financial protection company seeks Policy Forms Compliance & Development Specialist to advance competitive position and drive product compliance.


    Responsibilities:
    *
    • Serve as reference on policy forms for internal parties including Legal, Operations, Quality Assurance, Underwriting, and similar.
    *
    • Evaluate and draft policy language for new and existing products.
    *
    • Research competitor products for potential inclusion in new products and markets including trusts, labor unions, or similar.
    *
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and perform statutory analysis of new legislation to determine impact to Employee Benefits products.


    Requirements:
    *
    • Bachelor's Degree
    *** 4+ years experience in underwriting or product development.

    *
    • Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation preferred.
