As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers throughout their dining experience
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Process payments using the POS system
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest relations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
