    Senior Health Plan Hiring

    Join a dynamic team at Senior Health Plan, a company with over 17 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish, passionate about customer service, and eager to grow professionally.

    Responsibilities:
    • Customer inquiries handling with professionalism
    • Administrative tasks execution

    Duties:
    • Bilingual communication with clients
    • Telephone projects management
    • Client data organization through CRM systems
    • Administrative support functions
    • Collaboration with the Administrative Team for continuous improvement

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • 3 years of administrative experience
    • Fluency in English and Spanish
    • Proficiency in CRMs and MS Office
    • Excellent phone and written communication
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Enthusiastic about learning and development
