    Front-End Web Developer Description

    A front-end web developer plays a key role in bringing to life the visual elements that users interact with on a web application. Collaborating with back-end developers, who handle the server-side logic and integration, front-end developers are tasked with crafting the 'client-side' of web applications.

    As a front-end web developer, your primary responsibility will be translating the needs of our company and customers into engaging and functional interactive applications. Your goal is to establish an eye-catching and seamless digital environment that offers a stellar user experience.

    What will be part of your role?

    • Assess user requirements
    • Code, test, and refine code, liaising with other developers involved in the project
    • Evaluate the software and systems driving the application
    • Enhance existing programs through analysis and identification of areas for improvement
    • Integrate different software products and ensure compatibility across platforms
    • Develop technical specifications
    • Implement systems for job scheduling and user access control
    • Maintain systems by identifying and rectifying software issues
    • Collaborate closely with teammates including project managers, UX designers, fellow developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals
    • Provide guidance to clients and colleagues on optimizing software performance and maintenance, potentially contributing to the development or enhancement of current operating systems
    • Explore emerging technologies for potential integration
    • Stay updated on industry trends and enhance technical skills through training sessions, manuals, and exploration of new tools


    What kind of background are we looking for?
    • 5+ Years of JavaScript Experience, especially with proficiency in Angular
    • At least 5 years of experience in web development
    • Familiarity with Object-Oriented practices and standards
    • Competence in MySQL, MongoDB, or similar relational databases
    • Skills in Java and AJAX, including knowledge of jQuery
    • Experience in handling JSON, XML, and XSLT, with understanding of XML Schema
    • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
    • Expertise in developing RESTful web clients and services
    • Experience with Message Queues like ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ
