Employee Home Emergency Call System Technology (m/f/d)


Location:
Bremen, Full-time


Your tasks:

  • A real perspective
As an employee in home emergency call system technology, you will always be there for our employees and customers (m/f/d) in the office and in the field


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support and maintenance of the devices used, as well as device programming
  • Ensuring availability, device management, logistics, and shipping
  • Telephone support internal and external
  • Field assignments in Bremen and surrounding areas (e.g. new connections, cancellations, consultations, etc.)
  • Key background service (including organization, administration, transportation)
  • Training of cooperation partners, nursing services, and employees

What you bring:

  • Talent & Competence
  • Interest in technical topics and experience in customer service
  • Ideally, basic understanding/knowledge in the field of telephone technology
