Your role as HR Representative (m/f/d) - Full-time or Part-time:
We are looking for an HR all-rounder to support us in all personnel-related matters.


Key areas of focus include:
Recruiting & Applicant Management

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from selecting recruiting channels to hiring employees.
Operational HR Processes

  • You will be the first point of contact for all personnelrelated questions in daily business operations and will support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Designing and conducting contract, certification, and form management, as well as updating and optimizing regulations and policies.
  • Planning and implementing personnel measures while considering labor law issues.
  • Preparing and following up on payroll; working closely with our external payroll service provider.
HR Optimization & Employer Branding

  • Proactively developing our brand as an attractive employer.
  • Optimizing and continuously developing all operational HR processes.
