Senior Azure Data Engineer

Full-time

Hybrid - Cologne

A specialized provider of Cloud Integration consultancy services based in Germany is seeking Senior Data Engineers to join their team.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Fluency in German is not required, but candidates should be fluent in English and live near Cologne, Germany.

About you:

You should have at least 7 years of experience working as a Data Engineer.

Azure certification is required.

You should be committed to staying with the company long-term.

You should be proficient in Python, SQL, and ETL.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Familiarity with Data Lakes, Data Bricks, and Data Factory is preferred.

You should be fluent in English.

Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.

About the role:

In this role, you will work on client projects, rebuilding existing applications in a Cloud Environment.

You will be responsible for designing Data Architecture and building Data Pipelines.

You will work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
