    We are looking for an

    Operations Associate

    to join our Business Operations team with

    EverCommerce Payment Solutions . EverCommerce Payments, powered by PaySimple, is the leading provider of payment management solutions for over 20,000 SMBs.

    Our APIs and SaaS products provide payment acceptance, billing automation, client management, ecommerce, mobile, and point-of-sale solutions tailored to the needs of service-based businesses.


    In this role, you will be a key player solving impactful problems to help our internal teams run as efficiently as possible, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our external partners.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as a project manager for new business initiatives for EverCommerce Payments' functional teams.
    Provide support on processes and systems to drive success and communication around key acquisition and revenue motions.
    Procure, analyze and communicate findings on key revenue reporting within Evercommerce ecosystem.
    Provide key platform , Talkdesk, Salesloft, Looker, etc.) and administration support.
    Deliver business intelligence platform support as well as analytics services to the Operations Team and business at large.

    Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Customer Success, and Technology to create and refine business requirements for our business initiatives.

    Assist in the completion of annual and ongoing compliance audits, including PCI, NACHA, SOX, HIPAA, etc.
    Collaborate and coordinate with external parties as necessary.

    Act as the conduit between EverCommerce Payments' business leaders, our payment processors, development team, and customer support to ensure strong cross-functional communication and execution.

    Develop corresponding project specifications, as necessary, to provide direction for Technology resources.

    Work collaboratively with EverCommerce Payments technology (product management, development and QA) to manage initiatives through the development process to successful release, communicating back to business constituents as needed.

    Constantly examine key business metrics within areas of ownership to understand the impact of recent business changes (development or process), making adjustments to the existing business and initiating new projects/process as necessary.

    Provide support and ownership to business areas on an as needed basis, working directly with functional teams and other members of the operations team.

    Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

    Minimum two years related work experience required
    Minimum one year of working Salesforce experience required
    Confident, self-motivated problem solver - ability to research solutions and learn independently
    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
    Must be friendly, professional, and committed to creating long-term relationships with our (internal and external) customers and partners
    Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline projects on a daily basis
    A team player who performs well independently
    Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision and accuracy
    Extreme attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership


    Where:
    The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.

    This role can be based anywhere in the United States

    - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

    Compensation

    :

    EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $56,000-$73,000 USD Per Year.

    Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.

    EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
