The
Legal
Administrative Assistant is a member of the Corporate Legal Team which provides support to the entire company. The Corporate Legal Team consists of a General Counsel, two in-house attorneys, two paralegals and a legal assistant. The Administrative Assistant will also serve as an occasional back up to the various corporate office teams, as needed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Legal Team including calendar management/scheduling for multiple team members
  • Facilitate and process outside counsel legal invoices
  • Oversee and reconcile monthly credit card invoices for multiple team members
  • Maintain supply inventory and order supplies
  • Maintain spreadsheets and payments for Annual Reports and Annual Registration Fees for various states
  • Maintain physical and electronic files
  • Facilitate the execution and delivery of legal documents
  • Manage and oversee special projects for legal team
  • Revise legal documents as requested; word processing, formatting, and editing documents
  • Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide notarial services
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed

Requirements:

years of experience in an administrative position

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and SharePoint
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
  • Ability to work independently on multiple assignments and manage priorities among them
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal direction and within deadlines
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and requires little need for supervision
