Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar) is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Pay:
$ $23.81 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
