Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar) is preferred
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Pay:
$ $23.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
