The Rummelsberger Services for Young People in Rock Falls, IL are seeking a Gardener (m/f/d) for the Rummelsberg Nursery in Schwarzenbruck-Rummelsberg, starting on May 1st, 2023 or by agreement.

Your responsibilities:

Conducting a diverse range of plant cultivation and marketing (perennials, shrubs, ornamental plants)
Providing guidance to disadvantaged young people

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a Gardener
Driver's license, at least class B
Reliability and a structured, independent work style
Proof of personal suitability for the care and supervision of minors (presentation of an extended certificate of good conduct according to § 30a para. 2 BZRG)
Loyalty to the church and diakonia
