- Oversee the completion manual invoicing, billing in system, managing any escalations
- Work with team, Accounting management to ensure accuracy of billing, collections and cash applications
- Ensure that KPIs are implemented effectively and met consistenly
- Identify areas for streamlining processes and developing enhanced analytics
- Review accounts for errors, completing adjustments when needed
- Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office
- Display positive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Perform other duties as required
- 5+ years of A/R experience
- Major ERP understanding, advanced Excel
- Thorough understanding of manual Billing, Invoicing
- Team player who works well in a changing environment
