What You Will Enjoy Doing
Assists Logistics Manager/Plant Manager on all planning issues
Schedules deliveries
Compiles daily production plan for the factory
Inputs and records figures on computer to compile reports
Communicates with customers regarding
deliveries
quantities of material to be received
sampling request
Attends planning meetings with customers
New project coordination
Schedules
Ensures material availability
Arranges material shipments according to production plans
Ensures adequate finished goods are in warehouse to supply to customer
Able to backfill any position in the warehouse to support when necessary
Forklift experience
Inventory management/cycle counting
Work on small projects
Organize, communicate, lead group with delegated tasks
CIP/5S experience
Interdepartmental collaboration
Tracking and updating cross-functional teams on specific needs of each team
