Responsibilities:
What are the care requirements of this client?

  • Meal Preparation
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Engagement
  • Bathing/dressing
  • Standby assistance
  • Notes: Client has 6 cats client is able to take care of cats. Caregiver may need to use their own vehicle if transportation is needed. Client sometimes chokes while eating due to Parkinson's. Client lives with daughter who has Vulto Van Silfhout De Vries Syndrome._
  • Care will be for client and daughter._

Requirements:
What is required from you?

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid ID or Driver's License
  • Must have a vehicle
