We are seeking an experienced S&OP leader to join our Supply Chain Leadership Team at our Ocala Estates, FL location.


As the Head of Sales & Operations Planning, you will be responsible for making strategic trade-offs and supporting the Advanced Materials executives in making informed decisions.

You will also oversee demand, supply, and inventory management for multiple sites in Sweden and Germany.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a topnotch S&OP strategy and process
  • Managing S&OP activities to maximize profitability
  • Balancing demand and supply while optimizing inventory levels
  • Allocating products and volumes across different sites
  • Leading the monthly S&OP cycle according to our defined process
  • Collaborating closely with teams across the entire Supply Chain (Raw Materials, Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.)

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain network design, planning, and optimization
  • A continuous improvement mindset and experience with process development
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
