Job Summary
Established and Growing Low Voltage Contractor Is Seeking a _
Proven Low Voltage Lead_ Technician to Oversee Commercial Projects
Must have Fiber experience.
Must Have
- Must have a least 5 years experience
- Valid Drivers License.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must Have References & Employment Verification.
- Must have a proven track record and proof of work (pictures).
- 25% Travel outside of Phoenix but not outside of State.
- Installation of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and Fiber Optic low voltage cable. Pulling and routing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and Fiber in new and existing commercial environments. Pulling cable, fire stopping, and termination including organizing, dressing, and labeling cables to industry standards. Installation of support structures such as ladders, racks, and Jhooks & complete closet buildouts.
- Fiber Optic splicing & termination experience a must.
- Obtained BICSI Installer either Level 1 or Level 2 certification
- Must possess proven problemsolving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s)
- Ability to understand and effectively explain every aspect of the structured cabling system
- and inter-connections, and testing
- This includes understanding applicable codes, standards, and industrybest practices and the ability to differentiate between them and make recommendations
- The Lead Technician will work with multiple aspects of the cable installation process including OSP, ISP, rack, stack, patch, pathway construction, roughin, routing, Telecommunication Room buildout, cable terminations, labeling, and grounding.
Daily Requirements
- Review work orders and obtain necessary materials to complete each job.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge ability.
- Complete accurate and timely daily paperwork.
- Manage truck cleanliness and inventory of equipment, tools, and parts.
- Update projects daily.

- Up to $28.00 per/hr. DOE
