Description

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Update and maintain inventory records
• Monitor and track inventory movements, ensuring data accuracy.
• Receiving and Inspection:
• Receive incoming shipments and compare them with purchase orders to verify accuracy.
• Inspect and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues promptly.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of received products.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Pick and pack items for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to prioritize and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels as required.
• Stock Organization:
• Organize and maintain a systematic layout for efficient storage and retrieval of products.
• Rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure the timely usage of perishable items.
• Implement and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Communication:
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Report inventory discrepancies and issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the resolution of inventoryrelated problem
