Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of new homes to potential buyers
- Provide information and answer questions about the features, benefits, and pricing of the homes
- Assist buyers in selecting the right home and upgrades to meet their needs and budget
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with buyers
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes
- Maintain knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and property management principles
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Requirements:
- Valid Arizona DRE License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- New home sales experience strongly preferred
- 5 days a week onsite including weekends
