Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and tours of new homes to potential buyers
  • Provide information and answer questions about the features, benefits, and pricing of the homes
  • Assist buyers in selecting the right home and upgrades to meet their needs and budget
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with buyers
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes
  • Maintain knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate law and property management principles
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Requirements:


  • Valid Arizona DRE License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • New home sales experience strongly preferred
  • 5 days a week onsite including weekends
