The Role

Responsibilities
Dom's Kitchen & Market
Special Team Captain Guest Service will oversee total Guest Checkout and be accountable for total Guest Checkout responsibility that merges your love for people - both team members and guests - with operational excellence
You will be:
- Measured and rewarded by your ability to deliver _Talk of the Town_ Guest Service, drive optimal Guest Checkout teams' performance, maintain all Guest Checkout operations and achieve financial targets
- Accountable for the extraordinary experience of your team and your guests
- Responsible for engaging conversations with guests and ensure each guest receives an extraordinary Talk of the Town guest experience
- Serve as the guest contact for guest inquiries/concerns with expedient followup and resolve
- Partner with the Head Coach and People Partner to recruit, interview and hire firstclass team members for all departments, supervise the orientation and onboarding for all
- Accountable as needed for HR duties and acts as total store team member contact for HR questions
- Expected to successfully train develop, retain, mentor and motivate Dom's Kitchen & Market firstclass Guest Checkout team leading to inspired teamwork creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
- Assist with work duties across Guest Checkout department including crosstraining of team members
- Manage Guest Checkout team member scheduling for maximum productivity and high standards of quality that align to business needs and budgeted labor goals and ordering of supplies within budget
- Accountable for daily Cash Management, weekly audits, record retention, Service Desk/Cashier procedures
- Responsible to maintain a regular cleaning and maintenance program for Guest Checkout area, equipment and shopbacks with organization of backroom supplies and supply closets
- Listening for the Voice of the Guest to identify department trends for guest needs and expectations and counsel with Head Coach to integrate findings to deliver value and accelerate growth
- Open to learning and growing for personal development
