- The integrated study program lasts three years and alternates every three months between practical phases at the company and theory at BA Bautzen
- You will learn about the business processes of a medium-sized company
- You will gain deep insights into the operations and structures of our company, gaining valuable practical experience in different departments and areas of responsibility
- During your practical training at our company, you will go through various departments. Initially in the production area to learn about the manufacturing processes, and later on you will primarily work in our engineering department, such as high voltage technology, power electronics, measurement technology, or testing and service.
- You have a good high school diploma or a very good technical college entrance qualification
