Position Overview: This position serves as a Program Analyst responsible for supporting program management and analysis for various initiatives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage in both independent and collaborative projects aimed at program improvement and conducting rigorous analysis.
Respond to inquiries and provide support for program implementation and evaluation.
Conduct research relevant to program objectives and initiatives.
Assist in managing internal and external projects, initiatives, policies, and processes related to program operations.
Communicate with stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and providing updates on program status.
Maintain records to document program activities and evaluations in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address program issues, proposing solutions as needed.
Support the successful implementation of various programs and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
Contribute to performance reporting, surveys, and special projects related to program management.
Undertake additional activities as required to support departmental objectives.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience in program management principles and practices.
Experience providing program analysis and evaluation.
Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on financial data and conducting analysis with evidence-based public sector investments data.
Experience working with public policy, public finance, program evaluation, or data governance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and data analysis and business intelligence software, for example Salesforce, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, or similar software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while learning, adapting, and promoting use of technological tools while navigating competing priorities.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines governing program operations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Strong Writing skills a must.

Requirements:

US Citizenship Required.
Public Trust Required.
Bachelors in Public Policy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Must be COVID vaccinated.
