What can you expect?

You will process inquiries and orders from existing and new customers, create quotes, send samples, and enter data into IT systems (CRM, DMS, merchandise management system, ERP, etc.)
You are responsible for tracking deadlines
You will take care of customer service and handle complaints
You will maintain price lists, contracts,
