The St. Ludmila Nursing Home in Crostwitz is a residential care facility for 62 residents. It is run by the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Dresden-Meißen e.
V.


Due to a succession plan, we are currently seeking a part-time (30 hours/week) nursing assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities include:


  • A diverse and responsible role in a dedicated team
  • Supporting the nursing staff in ensuring the implementation of the care mission
  • Continuous participation in the evaluation of care processes within the nursing team
  • Providing nursing care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and eating
  • Opportunities to contribute personal talents and ideas
  • Acting as a point of contact for residents, family members, and doctors

Your profile:


  • Previous experience in the nursing field is desirable
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Enjoyment of teamwork
  • Willingness to participate in further training and education
  • Willingness to expand and apply your own expertise
