Overview:

Duties:
Ensure the efficient operation of the office by:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Working with building management and coordinating office needs
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating travel and events, when necessary
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, pulling data, and presenting to management.
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:


  • Some working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 30 per week

  • Associate (preferred)

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
