Overview:
Duties:
Ensure the efficient operation of the office by:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Working with building management and coordinating office needs
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating travel and events, when necessary
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, pulling data, and presenting to management.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Skills:
- Some working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Job Type:

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 30 per week
