Galleria Design Studio, a distinguished kitchen and bath dealer specializing in a range of cabinetry options, seeks a Showroom Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing phone inquiries, maintaining basic product knowledge, overseeing showroom samples, ensuring showroom cleanliness, and supporting the design team with various tasks.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating delivery schedules, liaising with delivery companies and homeowners, and maintaining an updated shared calendar. Our company fosters a friendly and flexible work environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction while nurturing a healthy workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing basic product knowledge and guidance
- Manage phone inquiries and schedule appointments with designers
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate delivery schedules and update digital calendars
- Support the design team with various tasks, including order management and client communication
- Handle showroom inventory and order necessary supplies
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong adaptability, time management, organization, and selfmotivation skills
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
