Duration: 2+ year long term contract
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The agency has a need for contract a business analyst to support an upcoming Mainframe Modernization and "No Wrong Door projects".
The selected contractor will elicit and define the agency's software for the assigned project under the direct supervision of the PMO Manager.
The contractor must manage all tasks and activities to the agreed upon plans and schedule. Manage Business Analysis tasks and activities from Initiation through Closure including but not limited to the following. Contract Management preferredManage the development of the software Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Utilize MS Project Online/PWA to collect, store and present requirements data, use cases, process models, and report progress and status including but not limited to the following.
Business Activity DiagramsWork with project teams to develop use cases and user stories
Manage project scope and associated changes
The contractors must provide the following for each managed project per the agreed upon project plans and schedule. Business Analysis Approach

Experience and Skills Required Minimum of 5 yrs business analysis in a relevant functional or technical field
Minimum of 3 software development projects
Minimum of 3 yrs project risk and issue management
Minimum of 3 years project vendor management
Minimum of 3 yrs requirements analysis, development and management
Minimum of 1 yr experience using SharePoint
Bachelor's Degree
