EU Ops Concessions is looking for a Program Manager to join our team, led by Kathleen. This team is responsible for creating and implementing innovative products and services to reduce operational defects.

As part of this team, you will focus on the network-wide issue of undelivered shipments and have the unique opportunity to support the development of a new program to ensure the safe return of products to Amazon.

At EU Ops Concessions, we oversee E2E Ops Controllable Concessions, Undeliverables, and Unreturned for the EU AFN network.

Our team leads EU-wide initiatives to improve the customer experience by identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational defects in First (FCs), Middle (ATS), Last-mile (Carriers and AMZL), and Transportation networks.

The products we develop are rolled out across the EU AFN network and have already become the standard in the EU, with some being adopted by WW stakeholders.

In 2023, Unreturned Concessions were identified as a strategic initiative with a goal of 10% YoY improvement by 2024.

To accelerate defect reduction in 2025, our team has secured resources to expand the program and ensure that undelivered shipments are returned to Amazon for resale.
