Start in the field of telephone and written processing as a
Dispatcher (m/f/d) at our location in
Berlin in full-time.


This is what your daily work looks like

  • Maintenance of order confirmations in SAP
  • Invoice clarifications for orders
  • Preparation of overviews of outstanding orders and comment maintenance in BI tool (Qlik)
  • Creation of orders in SAP
  • Controlling of customer orders
  • Shortage control for our internal orders (in SAP and BI tool)

What sets you apart for this job

  • A qualified
    commercial degree or
    degree in business administration, business informatics or similar
-
Professional experience in dispatching (3 years)

  • Very good knowledge of
    MS Office applications and confident handling of
    ERP software
  • Basic
    process understanding
  • Knowledge of common
    KPIs and interpretation of values
