- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management
- Stay current on payroll laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
