We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive, prioritize, and assign service requests to the appropriate technical support staff.
  • Monitor and manage the status of open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate with clients to gather detailed information about their technical issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite and remote support appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, actions taken, and client interactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Perform followup calls to clients to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a dispatcher or coordinator role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems and dispatching software. Connectwise Manage or HaloPSA a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to providing highquality service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of IT support and managed services operations is a plus.

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
