Description

Responsibilities:


  • Support and contribute to data collection and data management efforts.
  • Verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
  • Identify the data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
  • Utilize data to make actionable recommendations at all levels.
  • Develop and execute a data management plan aligning with program requirements.
  • Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity and usage metrics.
  • Contribute to data dictionary, standards, training, and ongoing updates.
  • Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis of data and translate the numbers in
layman's terms.

  • Identifying trends and making predictions about the future.
  • Develop charts, graphs, tables, and graphics to explain what the data means.
  • Collect data via surveys, tracking visitor characteristics, websites, and reviewing
knowledge base articles and document usage to determine usage trends.

  • Perform data cleaning and maintain the quality of data by developing a programming
language or power app to ensure correct/intended data interpretations.

  • Model data by creating and designing database structures.
  • Interpret data by finding patterns or trends in data to help management make decisions
on critical issues.

  • Communicate the results of data analysis by putting together visualizations like charts
and graphs, writing reports, and presenting information to interested parties.


Qualifications:

Minimum Position Requirements**:

  • Microsoft Excel Analytics Boot Camp certification.
