Lead Director Industrialization & EMS Operations (m/f/d) with proven expertise and experience in a similar position in the electrical engineering industry, who will drive the harmonization and integration of the department.


What awaits you:


  • Overall responsibility for managing departments at locations in Germany, France, and Poland
  • Industrialization of power electronics, system technology, and charging technology based in Osnabrück, Göttingen, and Saverne (Alsace)
  • Development of testing equipment and production technology based in Göttingen and Saverne (Alsace)
  • Quality management
  • Scaling and flexibilization of system assignments in collaboration with the purchasing and development departments
