- Manage, analyze, and upgrade IT systems, including installations, configurations, and network security to maintain optimal performance.
- Develop, test, and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruptions during emergencies or system failures.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and communication systems, including surveillance and security setups.
- Manage data management practices for integrity, security, compliance, and growth using analytics-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and adjust software licenses to maintain compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise third-party services related to website design and Google Business profiles, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes, setting up necessary hardware and software accounts for staff.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure that the IT infrastructure supports their objectives effectively.
- Create, review, and revise IT procedures to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Successfully manage the IT department's budget, allocating resources for current and future needs while optimizing costs.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
- Address other tasks as needed and defined by the General Manager and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
