Your Role at KIKThe Plant Controller will report directly to the Divisional Controller and will be responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices.
This individual will provide financial direction to the plant and provide recommendations to improve site performance.What You'll Be Doing Perform monthly closing of financial for facility in accordance with GAAP with full income statement & balance sheet responsibility for plant location.
Conduct operational financial analysis for both corporate & operational management stakeholders. Provide daily financial reporting of production and expense metrics to plant Manager, serving as a business partner. Ad hoc reporting as requested from internal stakeholders. Inventory Control, including obsolescence monitoring & inventory turn analysis. Lead and prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts comparing projected results to prior year, budget and previous forecasts. Fixed Assets, safeguarding & tracking. Apply cost accounting reviews, monitor, and analyze production standards including variances Prepare reports for regulatory agencies as required.What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of accounting experience Certified Public Accountant preferred Must be a collaborative leader, a self-start who can influence and support decisions at the plant operations level.
Manufacturing Operational Accounting experience in CPG preferred. Oracle E1 / MS Office computer skills and system conversion experience required, preferably Oracle.
