Intern - AI-based Radar Object Detection with an FPGA (m/f/d)

In our 'Development Electronics - Industrial Controller & Communication' department, you will lay the foundation for your future and experience technology up close.

Start: as soon as possibleDuration: 6 months

Your tasks:

High-level FPGA programming with AI framework based on a reference implementation

Conversion of a neural network for object detection in radar signals and adaptation of the network architecture

Conceptualization and implementation of data transfer for radar data

Evaluation of the implementation in terms of resource usage, power consumption, latency, and detection accuracy

Your qualifications:

Studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, information technology, or a related field

Programming skills in C/C++, Python, and VHDL
