- Responsible for project planning and estimating to ensure the incorporation of the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective form systems in project designs.
- Prepare accurate layout drawings and erection instructions for field crews.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to oversee the safety, cost, and schedule of construction projects.
- Troubleshoot and address structural design concerns with the project team.
- Support safety objectives by minimizing hazards during design planning, ensuring compliance of all formwork systems with construction and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate material procurement, delivery, tracking, and forecasting to optimize resource utilization.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate these innovations into the development and design of new forming systems and equipment to enhance productivity, capabilities, and market presence.
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to improve the company's project acquisition capabilities, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with office staff to negotiate and finalize sales contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and manage material and equipment schedules, promoting their efficient usage.
- Execute special projects and fulfill any other duties assigned or requested to support the organization effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, exceeding performance expectations.
- Proficiency in BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with construction formwork systems, take-offs, and estimating processes acquired through education or industry exposure.
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with personnel at all levels, customers, and vendors.
- Expertise in interpreting structural drawings and utilizing computer-aided design for formwork engineering, such as BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.
