Your tasks as a Mac OS Administrator:

Acceptance of IT disruptions in the client environment
Documentation, classification, and prioritization of disruptions in the ITSM system
Troubleshooting and initial resolution using remote and knowledge management tools
Forwarding of incidents to downstream support units after appropriate prequalification
Recording and processing of service requests

Completed technical training or at least 3 years of professional experience in client support
IT knowledge in the areas of MacOS, MS, mobile devices, user management in AD/AAD, network, Office 365, and Windows operating systems
Solid experience with ticket systems and remote support tools
