Description

Henrico County courthouse area law firm seeks an experienced full-time Real Estate Legal Assistant/Paralegal to work with Sellers' of residential and commercial real estate.

Applicant must be able to work independently, have superior verbal and written communication skills, pay attention to details, and have the ability to multi-task and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing real estate titles and working to resolve title issues.

The successful applicant will have experience communicating with all parties to a residential real estate closing including scheduling clients. SoftPro software experience preferred but not required. Competitive salary, medical and retirement plan for successful applicant.


Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
