Description

One of the most promising medical device companies in Germany is seeking a Software Engineer/Developer with experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and implementing software for medical devices in compliance with relevant medical technology guidelines and standards, particularly the IEC 62304 standard.
Analyzing stakeholder requirements, creating system concepts, and assessing feasibility and implementation effort will be part of your daily tasks.
You will also be responsible for implementing embedded software using programming languages such as C++/C and Python on the designated hardware.
Planning, executing, and documenting the verification of new software versions (e.g. code reviews, automated unit tests, integration tests, and system tests) will also be part of your role.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process.

Requirements

You must have successfully completed studies in the field of medical, technical, or general computer science, or a related field.
You should possess initiative, independence, and a structured approach to work, as well as a meticulous work ethic.
You must be able to work in interdisciplinary teams and effectively communicate technical concepts.
You should have a strong understanding of software development for distributed systems, as well as experience with development and CI/CD
