Heritage Concrete has an immediate opening for a Concrete Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative in Wilmington Delaware.

_Our Family Owned and Operated Company supplies ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, industrial and government projects in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

_ The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the highest level of customer satisfaction including order taking, dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries, delivery efficiency, and inter-department communication.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Ÿ Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., and knowledge of current operating systems and office suites

Ÿ Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Ÿ Able to do basic math

Ÿ Able to work independently with attention to detail

Ÿ Able to follow direction and work effectively in a team environment

Ÿ Able to respond to stressful situations and customers in a professional, courteous manner

Ÿ Able to read maps

Ÿ Ability to effectively prioritize assignments to meet long-term and short-term deadlines

Ÿ Excellent organizational skills

Ÿ Able to write reports, document findings, and procedures, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Ÿ Regular and predictable attendance, ability to work overtime, and rotating Saturday shift.

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
